The pendant features an engraved figure of St. Christopher in the center with antiqued finishing, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders. There is an oval shaped border with pierced accents. Around the border are the words, "Saint Christopher Protect Us". The back of the medal is plain with a brushed finish.
