The pendant features a raised profile image of Saint Gerard on the front, who is shown holding a cross. On the top and bottom of the pendant are the words, "Saint Gerard Pray For Us" and crosses stamped on both the left and right sides. The back of the medal is blank with a brushed finish, but can be engraved with the message of your choice.
